Wings dominate Storm behind 32 from Paige Bueckers

The Dallas Wings (21-16) welcomed the Seattle Storm (7-30) to town. The Wings were looking for another win and to continue their momentum. The first quarter belonged to Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings; she scored 18 of her 32 points in the first quarter. The Wings outscored the Storm 34-17 in the first quarter.

The second quarter saw the Wings go on a run to get up to 56 points on the night; the Storm scored 14 to end the half, trailing 56-35. The third quarter saw Paige Bueckers continuing to play great as she scored or assisted on almost all baskets, but the Storm outscored the Wings 23-17.


The fourth quarter brought the Wings controlling the lead; the lead was around 20 points for the whole quarter. The Wings won 92-70.

Paige Bueckers led the way with 32 points, four rebounds, and four assists. Jessica Shepard also had 11 points and 11 assists. Next up for the Wings is hosting the Portland Fire on Tuesday night.


Flau'jae Johnson scored 23 points and had six rebounds. Jade Melbourne had 15 points and four rebounds. Next up for the Storm is hosting the Toronto Tempo on Wednesday night.
